Team Member Indicator was developed collaboratively with successful Insurance Agencies and a leading Assessment Publisher, Talexes. We combined 40 years of scientifically validated assessment research with Top Performing Team Member data from Trophy Winning and Multiline President's Club Agencies.
Now, insurance agencies can assess their candidates and compare them to the best team members in the agency force.

Collaborative Ventures in SAAS and AI
Since 1995, the founder of Affinity Collabs, Bradley Beck, has collaborated across a variety of industries to design and implement assessment and technology solutions. The most notable project was creating a statewide career education & workforce training platform licensed to the State of Louisiana. The assessment portal was implemented into 1,000+ schools with 400,000+ student users in the state.
With new technologies emerging, Affinity Collabs was created to bring our collaborative, solutions oriented approach into the space with a focus on SAAS and AI.
